The manager of the condos is wonderful, lovely guy, very helpful. The beach is literally across the Rd so the location is also good but can't say anything else positive about this place. Trees being cut down, leaf blowers every morning, eventhough it was windy outside. I've never seen soo many rules to stay anywhere, which made it even more not fun. We were staying in B104 and the rules were extreme! Unless you love a load of pointless rules then this might not be the place for you. All around the pool there are more rules, first of which is no Marco polo. Funny because at the end of the long list, if you want to have any fun you should try the beach but all the signs around the grounds say that it's very dangerous! I'd go back to maui but I definitely wouldn't stay here again!
Relaxing by the swimming pool and an older white man began to approach me aggressively with a high beam flash last shining it in my face. I ask politely to stop putting that light in my face. He said the look is closed the lights are off. Mind you it was 10pm exactly. I had bi idea that meant the pool was closed. Strict rules no cells phones no music no glass. I agree with the no flass policy. I was drinking my sweet tea in a plastic cup when he yelled at me and was inches from me "IS THAT GLASS!!?" I showed him it was plastic. Who tf knows what he woulda done to me had it been glass. RUDE DISRESPECTFUL CIVILS that think they're the Law in Hawaiian print. BEWARE. it was amazing there. Beautiful. If you visit I recommend you not be out of your rented passed 930pm
Walking distance to lots of stellar restaurants and shops. Lovely condo with a great pool. There's even a massive mango tree by the pool. If it's summer time, you can also eat your fill of mangoes! Everyone we met was friendly, including the two zebra doves who slept on our lanai.
We stayed at an air bnb. The location was absolutely fantastic.
Nice spot, good location. Great tips from the staff. Beautiful landscaping. Great heated pool and jacuzzi, easy to access.
However, the condo was poorly cleaned. Floors were dusty, carpet seemed very dirty (hairs and crumbles), and mattress on the mezzanine's bed was very rusty like it has been used 40 years old.
Conclusion: you pay for the location at the sacrifice of comfort.
This has been a wonderful rental experience. The condo is a good size with two bedrooms and one bath. The kitchen is fully stocked so making masks with the food we bought at Costco was easy.
Across the street there is a very scenic beach and the best part is that there is hardly anyone around. Our experience has been top notch and I highly recommend renting here through BRBO or Air B&B on your next trip to Maui.
We stayed for one week in this condo. It is older but comfortable. It is about 100 metres from the beach. Has a nice large enclosed courtyard with a pool , barbeques and a jacuzzi. The actual suite needs a bit of care. Paper supplies were inadequate for the duration of the stay. The dishwater needs to be properly installed. It is not secured to the cupboard opening and can easily tip forward. It needs to be secured, leveled and then serviced. It will work better. It is in relatively quiet neighbourhood. Local shops and eateries are very close by and easily accessed. Overall I would return.
Cozy condo very close to the beach and a plaza with grocery store and good restaurants. I rented the place for a week on VRBO and it was worth it. There's usually a parking spot in their lot. You're not right on the water, but that's a good thing because the beach gets crammed with tourists.
